- Recruited by Halliburton in the U.S. for joining the DEAL program right after graduation.
- Fulfilled and finished DEAL program courses and OJDs with outstanding grades.
- DEAL program was two weeks classes in Houston and then four weeks OJD at the field and so on.
- Therefore, I had the chance to see many different places, like, Colorado, Texas, California, San Antonio, Mexico, Ecuador, and Saudi and witness different unique operations and practices.
- Took Landmark classes for each one of the software programs.
- Successfully completed the final project which was designing a well from A to Z and conduct a presentation about it.
- Can provide more details about the program if required.
- Covered NDSV position several times during the program at Saudi.
- Right after the program, I worked on a rotation schedule between the office and the field (two weeks at the rig, one week at the office, and one week off) which allowed me the visualize the business from both sides and better understand the work practices and roles.
- Was assigned as a NDSV in LSTK rigs afterwards as a part of the process to proceed to a drilling engineer position later on.
- Moved to office as a drilling/workover engineer in April 2019.
- Currently following my individual development plan "IDP" through Halliburton talant acquisition.

- Started my career at Jubail Gas Plant. There I maintained daily operation and functions of plant; where I had to physically check the plant equipment and make changes as required.
- Handled troubleshooting probably many times.
- Moved to Kharasaniyah Gas Plant and started there while the plant was under construction, and involve and participate in a lot of construction work. Saw operation from construction to operation plant.
- Worked as a permit issuer in the "feed and product surge" unit.
- Was one of the start-up team in two different units: Feed and Product Surge Unit and Gas Gathering Unit.
- Achieved 100 % in the outside certification test.
- Responsible for training new hires.
- Worked as a console control operator for a while to monitor and control the plant equipment.
- Handle plant coordinator responsibilities; doing scheduling, creating check lists, and recording them, and ordering materials.
