Manage full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, job post, candidate prescreening, interviewing, selection procedures, background investigation, references check, preparing offer letters, and Onboarding.
Sourcing for candidates using various recruitment tools/techniques as needed, such as LinkedIn, Recruitment agencies, and other professional networks.
Develop and update job descriptions.
Test candidates by creating assessments that relate to the job requirements.
Organize the pre-employment file for new employees that contain all required documents (Educational certificates - previous employment history - reference check - medical and criminal records, etc.)
Following up with GOSI personnel to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Ensure to add and update the candidates’ information on the internal system.
Communicating with different concerned parties, such as the Medical Insurance Companies (in-out, renewing process, and reporting) and Outsource Companies.
Preparing weekly and monthly hiring reports.
Preparing Candidates selection report based on the decision Matrix & personality report results
Keep well informed of Company’s current and future manpower needs
Support the annual manpower acquisition plan and budget.
