- Manage full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, job post, candidate prescreening, interviewing, selection procedures, background investigation, references check, preparing offer letters, and Onboarding.
- Sourcing for candidates using various recruitment tools/techniques as needed, such as LinkedIn, Recruitment agencies, and other professional networks.
- Develop and update job descriptions.
- Test candidates by creating assessments that relate to the job requirements.
- Organize the pre-employment file for new employees that contain all required documents (Educational certificates - previous employment history - reference check - medical and criminal records, etc.)
- Following up with GOSI personnel to ensure timely completion of transactions.
- Ensure to add and update the candidates’ information on the internal system.

- Preparing weekly and monthly hiring reports.
- Preparing Candidates selection report based on the decision Matrix & personality report results
- Keep well informed of Company’s current and future manpower needs
- Support the annual manpower acquisition plan and budget.
