Cambridge Test Center Coordinator

• Administer Cambridge international examinations (IGCSE, AS/A-Level) in compliance with British Council and Cambridge Assessment guidelines.
• Manage registration processes for students across multiple UK boards; ensure accurate subject code allocation and timely entry confirmation.
• Coordinate exam logistics, invigilation schedules, candidate materials, and post-exam handling procedures.

P-SAT & SAT Exam Administration

• Supervise the administration of SAT and PSAT exams in accordance with College Board regulations.

• Lead the SAT data analysis committee; collaborate with the boys’ section to compile and finalize annual SAT performance reports.
• Oversee documentation for Cognia accreditation, including transcript validation and spreadsheet preparation for American diploma certification.
• Enhance operational efficiency of the test center by implementing improved scheduling systems and streamlining administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate records for attendance, exam planning, and communication logs with external exam bodies.

• Mark assigned batches of IGCSE Biology scripts in accordance with official Cambridge marking schemes and quality standards.
• Complete all administrative and marking tasks within strict deadlines and compliance protocols.
• Prepare and submit detailed examiner reports to the Team Leader/Principal Examiner, highlighting candidate trends and areas of concern.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality throughout the marking cycle.
• Conducted comprehensive reviews of complex applications, ensuring all necessary documentation was obtained before rendering a decision.

• Teach Cambridge IGCSE Biology (Grades 9–10) with a focus on Paper 6 practical skills.
• Conduct lab-based experiments to reinforce scientific concepts and inquiry-based learning.
