Experienced and proficient in Operations, HR & Payroll related activities and willing to contribute other areas of the organization.
• Maintain employee records on HR database
• Follow up with different departments to collect monthly time sheets, verification and preparation of payroll.
•Maintain employee leave records
• Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters & Confirmation Letters.
• Coordinating with cross-functional departmental heads for assessing their manpower requirements and timely mobilization according to requirements.
• Handling recruitment and mobilization through various streams.
•Responsible for Recruitment activities to various project/Sites as per requirement.
• Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines bookings, Hotel bookings & car
arrangements for employees & guest.
• Ensure that all documentation both electronic and other is up to date and backed up by relevant supporting documentation.
• Responsible in renewal of resident permit and transfer of employee.
• Handle entire gamut of Administration and Led the efforts across planning & budgeting of administration expenses & work towards minimizing operational
expenses/ costs.
• Handling Vehicle as well as health insurance for the company.
• Expert in using all government sites (Muqeem, Ministry of Labor, Abshir etc.)
