  • Gather and collect needed information such as contracts, timesheets, bonuses, salary/merit increases and annual leave from related HR teams in order to proceed with the calculation and processing of payroll transactions.
  • Process employee compensation and benefits transactions such as "payroll, overtime, allowances deductions, end-of-service" in line with the employee's contracts, compensation packages, rewards policy in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and keep payroll files with all relevant documents in a sufficient manner so that they can be easily retrieved when required.
