Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of Bodies Corporate and Homeowners Associations, engage with Trustees and Owners to address inquiries and resolve issues, organize and attend meetings, take and distribute minutes on time, travel to other provinces to host meetings with Trustees and supervisors, respond promptly to emails, provide guidance on the Sectional Title Act Rules, manage rental units, draft lease agreements, prepare annual budgets, participate in budget meetings with Trustees, calculate Participation Quotas based on sectional title plans, determine levies for each section, ensure annual insurance policy renewals and obtain competitive quotes before the financial year ends, handle insurance claims and payouts, authorize invoices and payments, ensure meetings meet quorum requirements, attend training sessions, participate in CSOS conciliations and adjudications, draft staff contracts, address complaints, compile and distribute correspondence for issue resolution, serve as liaison officer, assist in updating Body Corporate Rules, manage site manager and staff for daily task completion, oversee monthly payroll, ensure timely payment of expenses, issue Levy Clearance Certificates to attorneys, supervise Estate Managers and complex employees, ensure compliance with UIF and tax regulations, manage the department, serve as Executive Manager of complexes, act as Public Officer, and fulfill the role of Payroll Officer.
