• Project Name: Marjan Increment Project Tanajib Gas Plant
• Project scope include over 1.4 million Dia inch of CS,LTCS, SS, CS with 625 Cladded piping shop fabrication and 4500 Ton steel structure and pipe supports that includes CS, SS and low alloy material.

· Developing and implementing project quality plan, quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project schedule Q requirements.

· Overseeing quality control and quality assurance activities throughout the fabrication process, from material inspection to final inspection and testing.

· Overall monitor and deploy the required quality resources on the project as per project schedule Q

· Conducting audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

· Reviewing and approving inspection and test plans, documentation, and procedures.

· Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and vendors to resolve quality-related issues and ensure compliance with project requirements.

· Providing training and guidance to quality control inspectors and fabrication personnel.

· Managing non-conformances and initiating corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

· Ensuring that all relevant documentation is maintained and up-to-date, including quality records, inspection reports, and certifications.

· Participating in project meetings and collaborating with other departments to continuously improve quality processes and procedures.

· Evaluate the process performance by analyzing the audit findings, PQI ratings, client expectation and client satisfaction surveys, analysis of previous data, lesson learned and identifying the areas for the continual performance improvement of the work processes and update the work processes /procedures.

· Prepare the planning and compilation of the Quality records and maintain the identification and traceability of documents/records for the handover as per the approved archiving document/record list.

· Manage the material handling, storage and the preservation of the materials/equipment as per the manufacturer instruction and project specification requirements at site.

· Manage the log book entries and close out the log book items by

coordination with the concerned discipline quality and Engineers/Supervisors.

· Review the project technical specification to develop WPS/PQR qualification plan and coordinate with third-party for PQR welding and mechanical testing as per applicable design codes and welding standards.

· Identify potential quality risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.

· Coordinating with NDT third- parties to deploy the required NDT resources as per project scope of work.

· Manage and assist on the turnover of documents and the close out of the project.
