-Applying claims department &procedures and quality measures of processing claims
-Processing of providers network claims efficiently &accurately, in order to provide company, record of all received claims before end of every month

-Handling over 60 companies and establishment including clients requests 24\7, make sure to solve the issueon spot and insure that he client satisfied from SAED services
-Following up with all he internal deparment to assist in resolving desputes on behalf of the clients
-Renew Contracts to the clients
-Resolve client billing problems and collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates -Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations -Team Leader for the new joiners
