• Preparing HSE deliverables, HSE Plans, JSA (job safety analysis) and Risk assessment in accordance with Saudi Aramco, OSHA and NEBOSH standards reference with CSM ( Construction Safety Manual ) and SAES ( Saudi Aramco Engineering Standard ).
• Conducted comprehensive safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures across all work sites.
• Delivered safety induction training for new employees and ongoing safety education for workers, focusing on specific risks related to gas wellheads, OHTL power lines, trunk lines, and flow lines.
• Monitored and enforced safe work practices during gas wellhead installations, OHTL power line maintenance, pipeline trenching, and flow line construction.
• Conducted regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols, including PPE usage, machinery safety, and environmental protections.
• Investigated incidents, accidents, and near misses, providing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Ensured safe execution of trenching and excavation work for trunk line and flow line construction, including the use of proper shoring techniques to prevent cave-ins.
• Conducted environmental safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing the environmental impact during pipeline construction and gas wellhead operations.

• Monitored safety measures during trunk line and flow line construction, ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies were in place to prevent pipeline ruptures and gas leaks.
• Facilitated external audits and inspections from ARAMCO and other regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance with required safety standards and documentation.
