STC Project Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound phone calls and e-mails and route reports and requests efficiently as needed.
  • Work trouble and change tickets effectively and efficiently; interact with MNOC/TOC Agents, Engineering, Outside Plant staff, Vendors, and Customers to facilitate quick resolution of issues in accordance with established processes.
  • Resolve trouble tickets using RTTS Remedy Trouble Ticket System/Tawal-TMS.
  • Capable to Monitor & check the alarms of all Network Elements for respective reported cases.
  • Monitor the Network Elements alarms (2G/ 3G/LTE/WCDMA & TDD/FDD-LTE technology Network).
  • Referred trouble tickets handling and proper escalation to NFM, TNOC & BO TX team.
  • Follow up pending incidents, ensure that correct nodes are affected, and appropriate action taken during the exceeded time.
  • Identify repeated problems and contribute to trouble shooting guides to field staff.
  • Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on RTTS systems and networks.
  • Record all the information regarding the Outages, Degraded, Medium and Low tickets (description of the event, actions taken, implicated persons / teams, timing, results).
  • Provide shift reports to Manager about all the events occurring in the network.
  • Work on a rotating 24/7 shift plan.
