Executed pressure drop calculations and hydraulic simulations for quench systems and distillation columns, comparing actual plant data with theoretical results. Investigated heat exchanger fouling and proposed corrective actions for thermal efficiency. Developed end-to-end process knowledge through operational tracking and technical documentation. Integrated field inspections with control room monitoring and contributed to Run & Maintain (R&M) and SOL/CPP meetings to support industrial decision-making.
