* Take OJT as utility & finishing operator for 2 months.
* Working as outside operator (Finishing suction) LLDPE & HDPE extruder system.
* dealing with all source of utility to our plant such as N2, Steam, PA, IA, CW, DMW, BFW, steam condensate.
* Dealing with waste water system and segregate type of waste as well as treatment.
* dealing with granule from RX side till reach to pellet silo through extruder system.
* based in my knowledge my leader depend on me to start up and shut down the extruder. heating up & cooldown.
* Safe handling with many type of additives such as Zinc streat, calcium JC30 etc.
* Taking full aware and dealing with 4 Air compressor to transfer pellet from extruder to silos and from silos to Packaging area.
* Taking full aware and dealing with 2 N2 compressor to transfer granule.
* Start self-training for panel operator.
* Start self-study in raw material purification ETY,IC5,HEX,BUT & H2. as well as regeneration cycle for each bed.

• Resieved the pellet from the poleymer plant and packaged.
• Dealing with baging machien and the pelletizer knowing most of the troublshooting such as alinment seal, open seal, over & under wight etc...
• Dealing with sea bulk system.
