Directed a team of 10 EHS professionals to maintain regulatory compliance, hospital safety, and disaster readiness; oversaw fire protection system maintenance; co-chaired the FMS Committee to achieve CBAHI accreditation through the development and implementation of 6 plans and 4 policies; and led the successful renewal of the Civil Defense license twice.

Led the safety department initiatives across Fakeeh Care Group, ensuring full compliance with Civil Defense regulations as well as CBAHI and JCI standards.
