Create and manage the database for all lawsuits restricted against or for the corporation and update the schedule daily.

Preparing a weekly schedule for those charged with attending judicial hearings.

Prepare and send monthly and annual reports requested by the Shari'a Control department on all cases lost or won by the legal department.

Sending quarterly reports to the financial department, containing the number of cases with their amounts, and determining the win and loss ratio for each lawsuit, to reserve the financial amounts in the company bank balance in case of loss.

Good experience in collecting bad debts for vehicle claims and insurance premiums for Companies past due on payment.

Attend judicial hearings in general courts, labor courts, and quasi-judicial courts such as the general secretariat of the committees for Resolution of insurance disputes & violations relating to Insurance Companies Cases.
