- Led the "OPEX in Click" project to drive cost reduction and productivity through one-click automation of budgeting processes

• Prepare, Analyze , Plan and Review Operational Budget (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
• Coordinate, Analysis, Manage and update SLA Agreements
• Mentored members of the Section team in best practices in Budgeting
• Prepare, Monitor, Evaluate, Update, Reallocate/Transfer and Follow-up contracts
• Support Attracting Talent processes ( recruitment -regular, PDPs, OJTs, ITPs, consultants)
