Responsible for the sales of sulfuric acid and its derivatives in the western provinces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Other responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain relations with key customers as well as establish them with potential new customers.
• Analyze and forecast customers' needs based on past trends and current and future projects to plan monthly production schedules.
• Conduct market research based on current and predicted raw materials prices and status and plan strategies to adapt to any potential future challenges.
• Achieved the best sales record in terms of total volume in October 2024 totaling 3568 tons and grossing a total of 1.45 million SAR.
• Coordinate with production personnel to ensure smooth fulfillment of customers' demands.
• Cooperate with quality control and production teams to investigate any deviation in quality standards encountered by customers.

Responsibilities include

• Prepare production plans.
• follow up with the production plans.
• Coordinate production process to meet clients' demands.
• Implement modern methodologies in the production process to meet the company's standards and ensure the desired quality.
• Supervise production operators and ensure the improvement of their skills.
• Ensure the production process meets industrial safety regulations.
• Ensure industrial equipment maintenance and regular checkups are up to date.
• Arrange the logistics of liquified gas deliveries to and from the factory
• Ensure sales monthly quotas are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct Customers visitations to observe issues and offer services.
• Regularly contact customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Introduce company to potential new customers to offer services
• Prepare sales and collection reports weekly.
• Conduct market research.
• Arrange business meetings with regular or potential clients to make agreements.
• Participated in preparing, organizing, and testing of Oodo ERB system.
• Arrange and follow collection plans.

Responsibilities include

• Test raw materials to confirm they meet company's / customer's standards.
• Test final product performance to confirm they meet company's / customer's standards.
• Investigate any deviations from desired standards in cooperation with operation department and, if possible, assess how to correct them.
• Supervise technicians and ensure they adhere to testing standards.
• Coordinate production of samples requested by customers.
• Ensured quality of production process of total of more than 8 million liters from January 2nd to June 28th.

Gained experience under staff supervision. Responsibilities included

• Day-to-day engineering support.
• Preparing isolation, purging, and flushing procedures.
• Closing engineering recommendations such as HAZOP and technical alerts.
