Leads and manages the day-to-day operations of collection activities and functions with focus on Governmental & Commercial and Housing and Residential segment while ensuring alignment of processes with NWC Corporate Strategies and Plans.
Resolves all complaints related to collection,
Resolves all customer request related to collection, payment refund, wrong payment, etc.
Monitors illegal re-opening and coordinate with Violation department for imposition of penalties.
Human Capital Management : Managing and overseeing the human capital programs including organization development, transformation, process digitalization and integrations, compensation and benefits , payroll, leave management, performance and talent management, change management, training and development, talent acquisition, HR policy compliance and ERP systems, and government relations.

Supply Change Management : Managing and overseeing vendor management process including vendor pre-qualification & performance, materials/inventory performance, material demand & fulfillment planning, and managing procurement and contracts process for operation & maintenance and projects. General Services & Facility Management : Managing and overseeing fleet management including transportation, vehicles /outer/equipment workshops , building services management including building maintenance and services contracts, managing office services including facility services, mail and archiving, property and insurance.
Safety & Security Department : Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Preparing budgets for security and safety operations and controlling expenditures.
Develop an emergency and alarm response plan and ensure its implementation.
Supervising the equipping of buildings with security equipment such as cameras and firefighting systems.
Review reports on incidents and violations.
Ensure the investigation and resolution of problems related to security and protection.
Preparing and building periodic reports for the department on security and safety levels.
Follow up the examination of reports, documents, financial records, final accounts, contracts and agreements concluded in terms of their validity and regularity, identify defects and misuse, and ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the activities of organizing and preserving documents related to internal audits to ensure ease of retrieval and utilization. Conducting the necessary investigations when needed and controlling the attendance and departure process for employees.
