• Verifying whether the checklist aligns with the relevant ISO standard for shop floor implementation by ensuring compliance with its specific requirements.
• Should validate QMS according to workflow of the organization for general audit purposes.
• Based on the inspection data, comprehensive reports must be prepared for the Quality Manager, highlighting critical issues, quantifying the number of defective products, identifying defect trends, and analyzing root causes.
• The shipment plan, provided by the planning team, serves as the foundation for conducting inspections. All goods scheduled for shipment must undergo a GTD (Goods-to-Dispatch) inspection to ensure compliance with quality standards.
