• Installation , PM activities and Breakdown Troubleshooting of Modern technology precast factories.
• Concrete Batching Plant 90 cum / hr., 120 cum / hr(ELKON). Installation ,PM activities and B/D troubleshooting.
• Extrude Tech chiller plant installation,PM Activities and B/D troubleshooting at peak temperature times.
• Steel plant Machine installation (Mesh ,lattice ,stirrup bending and straight bar cutting),PM activities and B/D troubleshooting.
• 1. Mesh plant Progress group (MSR unit and SWR unit , wires up-to 12 mm,mesh size Max 6M X4 M).
• 2. EBA Stirrup bending Progress group (2D & 3D Bending , Wires Up-to 12 mm)
• 3. Lattice Girder GMT group (single and double girder ,70 to 400 mm H ,wires up-to 5 to 16 mm straight ,diagonal 5 to 7mm).
• 4. Shear and Auto bending straight bar OSCAM group (straight bar cutting ,discharge conveyor Robot auto bending, K left and right manual Bending).
• Gantry crane and EOT crane(GH,EMECH,ABUS,MET) type structure Installation(Bus bar,Rail installation),PM activities and B/D troubleshooting.
• Hydraulic table installation (double acting and telescopic cylinder) ,power-pack routing and B/D troubleshooting.
• Battery Mould (use of precast vertical panel casting )equipment installation,PM activities and B/D troubleshooting.(Machine operating majorly through hydraulic).
• Concrete distributor(speedy ) BINACHI group. PM activities and B/D troubleshooting.
• POD Mold tech group (Affordable room casting) Equipment installation ,PM activities and B/D troubleshooting.(Machine operation through hydraulic systems).
• POD turning device 180 Degree Mold tech group.Equipment installation ,PM activities and B/D troubleshooting.( device working with telescopic cylinder four stage of operation ).
• Steam Curing system(Kraft group) Installation ,PM activities ,B/D troubleshooting.
• And other construction-based machines like power tools, tower light, air compressor machines ,generator PM activities and B/D troubleshooting .
• PEB Structure building fire fighting ,Mechanical Installation and infrastructure works.
• To analyses critical spares of machines and warranty follow up with asset suppliers.
• Material PR creation and follow up with Purchase team.

Work Responsibility,

• Maintenance of batching plant (wiggert+ co concrete),hollow core slip former(echo),Centre shifter ( EBAWE),multi angle cutting saw machine (ELEMATIC & ECHO),flying bucket, Gantry crane, EOT cranes ,Auxiliary Machines & Generators.
• To maintain the Boiler (diesel) for curing hollow core and steam Boiler (diesel& propane gas) for precast beams.
• To maintain air compressor for Batching plant and all other pneumatic systems.
• To maintain the water and electricity circulation for factory, office and labor camps.
• To maintain the Air conditioner for accommodation & HVAC for office buildings.
• Preparation and planning of daily maintenance, preventive maintenance and annual maintenance plans
• Executing active maintenance and predictive maintenance to minimize the break down time
• Assessment of newly installed equipment to ensure maintainability parts. Drawings and installation work
• Review repair and cost to determine repair, rebuild, overhaul and corrective maintenance needs
• Review the per services to ensure that they are conducted on time and according to standards
• Conduct studies need to increase equipment reliability while reducing maintenance cost
• Ordering necessary spare parts of all machines according to budget and usage
• Monitoring of electrical and water consumption making plan for reducing the use.

Work Responsibilities,

• Precast production & fabrication (column, beam, solid slab, staircase, priestess solid slab, wall Panel, compound wall and cladding panel, parapet).
• Managing and improving production processes to enhance product quality and Maximize efficiency.
• Identifying problems or bottlenecks in the production processes.
• Directly supervising hourly production.
• Tracking staff absenteeism and timekeeping.
• Ensuring the safest working environment possible for staff.
• Planning, assigning, and directing production work.
• Appraising staff performance.
• Rewarding or disciplining employees.
• Periodically carrying out office work.
• Addressing employee complaints and resolving any problems.
• Actively working to eliminate hazards that may cause injury.
• Organizing and prioritizing production needs.
• Carrying out accident investigations.
• Making sure that products are to the highest grade and production standards.

Work Responsibilities,

• Precast production & fabrication (column, beam, solid slab, staircase, priestess solid slab, wall panel, compound wall and cladding panel, parapet).
• To handle all M/C for production like welding m/c, grinding m/c, drilling m/c.
• Production work (column, beam, and wall panel section).
• Analyze precast drawings and prepare production plan.
• Fabrication and Installation of Hollow core table.
• Fabrication work for all type of precast insert plates for Erection and production.
• Railing work for EBAWE conveyor and ELEMATIC conveyor.
• Column extension fabrication work for stress alignment design of Kirby.
• Fabrication work for batching plant assembling work.
• Engage with planning team and prepare production plan
• Control labor in columns and beam section.
