• Chief Nursing Officer KAUST Health (operated by Fakeeh Care). KAUST Health is an ambulatory care facility based on KAUST University campus serving more than 120 nationalities. The clinic has outpatient clinics, an emergency room, lab, medical imaging department and EMS service
• Mobilised clinic operations as a new service provider
• Providing expertise and leadership for the nursing department (including school nurses)and several allied healthcare services (dental assistants, lab technologists, radiology technicians, EMTs, paramedics and ambulance drivers)
• Chair of accreditation steering committee and patient experience taskforce (facility has JCI, HIMMS level 6 and baby friendly accreditation)
• Led on achieving baby friendly community initiative accreditation, the only private ambulatory care clinic in Saudi Arabia to achieve this.

• Clinic in the 98% percentile for patient experience scores benchmarked against other GCC facilities in Press Ganey survey
• During Covid- 19 pandemic, worked with client to provide safe care for patients including PCR swabbing, antibody testing and Covid vaccinations (nursing staff gave over 20,000 covid vaccinations)

• Responsible for the VIP inpatient (2 wards) and clinic services at Dr Soliman Fakeeh Hospital.
• Established and led a team of nurses, receptionists, and food and beverages staff to provide highest level of hospitality and clinical care to an elite clientele
• Oversaw VIP clinic and wards refurbishment
• Upgraded hospitality items such as bathrobes, slippers, bed linen, towels, toiletries and tablecloths to be comparable with luxury hotel standards
• Worked with VIP chef to establish high quality menus.
