Fulfilment (Warehouse) & 3PL Management

· Negotiations on price points / rate contracting, lead times & payment terms to improve the business financials. Expediting rate contracts & agreements on purchasing terms & payment terms.
· Monitoring all purchase orders & contracts orders with progress with deadlines for products and services. Periodic closure review on the open purchase orders.
