§ Established first and last mile fleet operations with all sizes of loads and specialized to build the CPU and CPS options based on the business models.

§ Oversee all commercial and statutory documents and ensure their renewal on time to ensure legal issues with government bodies.

§ Vendor Management – Close co-ordination with vendors on the services. Grading the vendors and defined the systems on categorizing various parameters of quality & cost & lead time.

Supply Chain & Inventory Modelling

· Triggering on Shelf-life of categories and liquidation priorities with Sales & marketing teams to reduce the carrying and operational costs.

· Leading the inventory and maintaining minimum level by applying the auto triggering tools to the operations team.

· Classification of inventory groups – quarterly grading the items into FM, SM & NM which indicates the movement of inventory at Corporate and Branch level.

· Refurbishing, Re-Inventorization of market returns & liquidation plan for Non-moving, dead & defect inventory to reduce the operating cost.

· Forecasting & Demand Planning – to achieve the sales shipping plan by 80% of forecast. Capacity utilization measure with accurate production planning & control method which maximizes the optimal utilization of machines and manpower.

· Capacity building on product categories - & aging analysis, liquidation, refurbishment, replacements. Conducting regular PSTs & analyse on the variances and taking appropriate actions.

Procurement & Purchase Planning

· Strategic procurement deal for RM from Petro Chemical Suppliers across Asia & Europe

· Negotiations on price points / rate contracting, lead times & payment terms to improve the business financials. Expediting rate contracts & agreements on purchasing terms & payment terms.

· Monitoring all purchase orders & contracts orders with progress with deadlines for products and services. Periodic closure review on the open purchase orders.

· Periodic Supplier evaluation on the defined metrics on cost, quality and supply lead time

· Development of procurement strategy in-line with business strategy & sales plan for the calendar year as per the allocated budget.

· Oversee & lead all Import & Export shipments – Liaoning with Customs departments for inspection & shipment clearance. Alignment of freight forwarders for logistics & delivery.
