• Establish and maintain alignment with the PMT and Contractor on project procurement needs, objectives, and requirements, including compliance with project procurement processes and procedures.
• Establish project coordination procedures for procurement and expediting and oversee the development of other coordination procedure, including review and approval of Contractor’s procurement procedures and processes and documentation of Lessons Learned.
• Develop and execute Procurement Plans that support the project’s goals and objectives, covering collaboration with Contractor to develop and implement overall and individual purchasing plans Contractor’s Purchasing and Materials Management plans in addition to Closeout and Materials Reconciliation plan and lessons Learned documentation.
• Communicate with PMT on project procurement and subcontracting administration support activities, progress and issues and report schedule and cost data to PMT with regards to procurement activities, in close liaison with appropriate members of PMT (Engineering, Construction and Source Inspection Coordinator).

• Plan for effective use of Contractor’s materials management system. Ensure Contractor effectively manages procurement interfaces Appraise Contractor’s performance and enhance as appropriate. Resolve any materials-related claims. Cooperate with IPR and audit teams with respect to procurement. Ensure orderly turnover of project (with regards to procurement) to the operating organization.
• Provide Spare Parts Coordination for the project, interface with project overall Spare Parts Coordinator for planning, processes, expectations and to align synergies. Furthermore, establish and implement plan for spare parts management and acquisition.

Execute the procurement activities, ensuring that all work within a specific area of
purchasing activity is carries out in an efficient and procedurally complaint
manner.
· Participating the client-SAPMT meetings to discuss & update the overall status of
project procurement.
· Assist to project control team by updating the procurement status & cash flow
preparation.
· Works closely with C & F agents, logistics service providers, vendors and
manufacturers to speed up the fabrication process, Monitor the inspections and
ensure they are carried out for Hold points, ensure the shipment in proper manner
per PO agreed terms.
· Field Expediting Visit at vendor premises & Produce Expediting report which
contains the progress status, outstanding issues, Area of concerns and remedies.
· Conducting Kick off Meetings with vendors & Project team to resolve existing
issues of post award related.
· Co-ordinate with Inspection Dept. for IAP preparation, PIM & Inspection
arrangements [FAT & IRC].
· Initiate & further follow up for Documents [NMR] submission from suppliers,
Follow up with Engineering / Client for approval.
· Final Documentation & Close out of POs – with confirmation of Completion of delivery.
