- Project 5: New Sea Cooling Water Common Return Header Project at Petrokemya North (SADAF).
- Project Summary: PETROKEMYA (PK) - NORTH, had an existing concrete lined carbon steel (CS) underground 110” sea cooling water return (SCWR) main header which is in service for more than 40 years and showing signs of deterioration. The project was intended to do the Procurement & Construction work for the new 110" aboveground GRV SCWR main header adjacent to the existing CS underground header, which will carry the SCWR to the new basin. The new basin outlet line which is also 110”GRV AG header is routed to the existing 3 no.UG laterals (80” each) to discharge the seawater eventually to the Marafiq Canal.

So MAADEN decided to install lateral walkways & lighting on the existing conveyor structure which is originally design and constructed by PHB waserhuthe. Project involves Design & Engineering, Procurement & Construction of New Lateral walkways & Lightnings on Raw Material Feed Conveyor.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- PROJECT ENGINEER:
- Creating project Budgets & Monitoring budgets with respect to Material, Manpower, Equipment & Subcontracting in SAP.
- Close follow-up of project deliverable submission and progress output in relation to the master schedule and dates.
- Co-ordinate & Gather the project related data & Specifications from other vendors involved.
- Deals with reviewing of all ITP's/QCP/Method of Statements/Material Approvals prior for project plan preparations.
