  • Develop a weekly and monthly report to present to the client that confirms all vehicles are in proper and good condition.
  • Inspect the vehicle before activity usage (e.g., Boom truck, scissor lift, forklift, spider lift, JCB, man lift, etc.) and keep a daily activity record.
  • Raise a work ticket for any maintenance work carried out and keep records of all repairs and maintenance carried out on vehicles and equipment.
  • Organize training sessions for drivers from equipment providers.
  • Track MVPI and schedule checks to ensure MVPI updates are completed for all vehicles and equipment.
