• Develop and implement procurement strategies to support project objectives, cost targets, and quality

• Job Responsibilities as Technical engineer:
• Review of tender documents for scope of work & project specification for proposal of material.
• Coordination & selection of equipment as per requirement by complying project specification.
• Checking the BOQ before the selection of equipment to not go beyond the budget for any losses.
• Review of IFC drawings for the equipment schedule & more details of equipment’s location.
• Design Calculation & Head loss calculation, Selection of equipment’s like; Filtration Pump, Booster Pump, Submersible Pump, Hydro jet Pump, Neck Massage Pump, Sauna Heater, Steam Generator, Pool inlets, Main Drain, Pipe sizing as per flow etc.
• Coordinating with supplier for the material availability & price confirmation, before submission of Material submittal.
• Raising RFI for clarification & missing details.
• Coordination meetings & progress meeting with consultant & contractor.
• Internal work schedule & work progress meetings with QA/QC Manager & General Manager.
• Submission of Material Submittals & Complying the Comment resolution sheet received from consultants for revise submittals.
