RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out inspection and check for all quality - related procedures on the site and ensure activity at the site is as per approved Method of statement (MOS) and Inspection test plan (ITP).
- Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In - charge for inspection and quality problems including the closure of the Non - Compliance Report.
- Maintaining record of QA/QC documents of the entire project including Certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instructions/observations, permanent materials delivered and QA/QC documents.
- Receiving Materials, Ensuring the quantity as per attached delivery note and preparing Material Inspection Request for same.
- Preparing Work Inspection Request as per the required site activities.
- Manage all the site work & deal with consultants and client's Representatives.
- Preparing Monthly progress report.
- Issuing Non - Conformance Report (NCR) on noticing any violations on the site.
- Maintaining WIRs and MIRs Logs.
- Supervising and Maintaining the quality of work during laying of asphalt and all road related works.
- Continuous supervision of concrete works during casting .
- Reporting daily activities to the project QC manager.
- Site Inspection on a daily basis to complete the project as per time schedule.
- Making sure that no negligence with the Quality standards and production norms set out as per company policy.
- The responsibility to supervise slump tests and preparing Concrete cubes for compressive strength tests are done correctly
- Monitors atmospheric conditions during pouring operations.
- Monitors proper curing operations.
- Ensure consistent adoption of clients quality standards specification to the project.
- Conducting various training programs/toolbox with foreman, site engineers in order to provide the knowledge of the work of the activity as per project requirement to achieve good quality of work at site.
- Maintain the standard of safety and comply with the company's health & safety requirements.
