As a client relation manager my responsibilities include managing internationally recognized firms and providing them with services such as immigration, mobility, portal and license management among others. As well as keeping a check on local compliances such as Tawteen (Nationalization) and WPS.

  • Managed client portals (QIWA, Muqeem, CoC, MHRSD, Wasel) and licenses (SAGIA, CR, Municipality, Civil Defense). This includes the creation of both primary and secondary access as well as keeping their track and initiating renewals on time.
  • Provided Payroll and WPS services on monthly basis and resolving any non-compliance issue.
  • GOSI services such as Enrollment, disenrollment, GOSI monthly bill, GOSI Certificates were also part of my scope of work.
  • Provided new clients with a complete overview of the Saudi immigration regulations such as Work permit and Iqama issuance and renewals. Issuance of Exit Re-Entries, GOSI Bill Payment, Salary amendments, WPS Compliances, QIWA Contract Authentication, and Tawteen (Nationalization) expertise etc.
  • Informed clients on latest announcements by authorities to remain on top of growing regulations.
  • Attended face-to-face and e-meetings with clients on all kinds of subjects and issues. Advised them on their current scenarios and assisted them with their future planning.
  • Prepared and shared monthly reports with clients so they are well informed and have full visibility of their entities’ needs and requirements.
