• Reviewing ITB documents such as scope of work, drawings, project specifications, Client requirements etc

• Heat load calculation after Building Survey using CARRIER and ASHRAE Standards by latest E20 Form and Hourly Analysis Programs
• Preparing the Air Distribution System for the complete design
• Calculating the Duct Sizing according to the required Airflow [CFM) by using McQuay Software
• Calculating the Pipe Sizing for the Chilled Water System according to the Waterflow [GPM) by using McQuay Software
• Preparing the BOQ for the complete project
• Preparing the Pump Head Calculation for the selection of CHW Pump
• Preparing the Static Pressure Calculation for the selection of AHU Fan capacity

• Managing all installation of Mechanical System as per approved shop drawings complying with project specifications and standards
• Monitor the installation of chilled water piping with their hook up connections to the Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, and FCUs and installation of Ductwork as per the project & approved shop drawing in compliance with SMACNA & ASHRAE standards
• Executes all installation activities of Fire Fighting and Plumbing System (Drainage & Water Supply) as per approved shop drawings and project specifications in compliance with Standards & Codes of respective disciplines
• (viz
• NFPA, UPC)
• Raising Material Inspections Request (MIR) for material delivered at site as per approved material submittal & accompanying Consultant for the inspection to get the approval
• Raising Inspections of Executed work (RFI) as per the approved shop drawings and project specifications & accompanying Consultant for the inspection to get the approval
• Monitors the flushing of the Chilled Water Pipe Network for the Chillers & Chilled Water AHUs
• Performs pressure testing for the Chilled Water Piping and Smoke Test to find out Duct Leakages in the HVAC system
• Performs Quantity Survey of the materials for all mechanical systems as per the actual site conditions

• Developed effective site management and discipline to ensure safely execution of the work at project site
