• Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all Freight, and supplies that come in and out of corporate warehouse.
• Performing and ensuring safe & efficient warehouse operations Communicate all delays or variances inbound/outbound freight to the appropriate parties. (i.e. Supplier, Manufacturer's, Logistics and End-user's)
• Maintain appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated products and hazardous materials. (MTC, MSDS, Calibration/performance etc.) .
• Responsible for monthly inventory for all stock on hand Responsible for Wall-to-wall cycle counting.
• Ensure and verify all approved ‘Material Issue Slip' (MIS) submitted by end-user to issue of materials in order to avoid incorrect or double issuance .
• Responsible for identifying and scrapping expired and damaged stock materials from the warehouse Ensure proper packing of materials before locating on Bin and Follow shelf life and FIFO system in warehouse.
• Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or Damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.
• Implementing safety measures to prevent accidents and to keep a clean and healthy environment and operating Warehouse Equipment's in safe manner /
• Use of ERP system for warehouse management system (ORACLE)
