• Basic knowledge of PLC SM300/400 & Saco's system.
• Coordination with Electrical Supervisors and Technicians, and plan the scheduled Maintenance activities in plant.
• Generator Megger and Air Gap tests, Motors Megger and trip troubleshooting.
• Scheduled and routine maintenance procedures for plant Genset Units Steam Turbine, Boilers, Fuel Treatment and firefighting M/Cs.
• Troubleshooting various issues, consulting with the Electrical P&I Diagrams of units.
• Plant Switchyard & Batteries Inspection.
• Maintained Engines auxiliary system.
• LO & HFO Separators WB & WMS Servicing.
• Fluke 744 Series Pressure calibrator, Mega Process Calibrators, Volt AMP Calibrators, Pressure Modules and Megger Test Instruments use.
• Software use of API Pro & AMOS for planning and Scheduled Work orders of operation & maintenance dept.
• Basic understanding of PPA (Power Purchase Agreement).
