  • Compose the five-year development plan per region (Master Plan) the plan includes the preferable market areas and black spots of the respective region along with the most significant infrastructure projects and the potential targets for future pipeline.
  • Lead the negotiation process for purchasing or leasing any potential competing gas station and plots as well as act as a focal point between the company and the owners of the properties.

  • Carry out field visits to ensure the suitability of potential gas stations and plots. Be responsible for conducting thorough research to support the investment proposal.
  • Be responsible to prepare all the material required for an investment proposal to be submitted to the BOD.
  • Be responsible for the timely and proper implementation of the investment proposals including the relevant agreements, the necessary approvals and the signed contracts.
  • Negotiate leases and subleases of the existing network and ensure the proper implementation of the agreed terms of each lease contract in your area of responsibility.
  • Monitor the auctions of either already leased properties or new sites and plots, in which the company has an investment interest.
  • Gather all the necessary data (debts, unpaid expenses, contracts, licensing & commercial evaluations) to prepare and present an action plan for participation or non-participation in an auction.
