-supervise installation for packing- spiral freezers -breading lines - tumblers-fryers -cookers - ammonia refrigeration system -utilities.

- good connections with vendors : JBT-mycom-johnson control - CGS-nothum-GEA-pentavac -ishida -weber and alternatives.

• - Head of maintenance at one of afran al hatab bakeries responsible for maintaining Arabic bread lines, Sottoriva, salad section and utilities.
• - make maintenance plan / purchasing spare parts with priority reducing cost
• - supervise installing Arabic bread lines, samoli and buns line in Sudayr factory.

• - Responsible for designing and manufacturing Mechanical spare of Robots according to client requirements .

• - Performs preventive maintenance periodically for production machinary and lines and ensures its implementation on time ( krones 0,225l - krones 0,45l - primodan yoghurt machines - tetrapac 11) and responds to breakdowns
• - Prepare maintenance plan for all equipments , job orders, pm orders with SAP/ APP- master data - daily work) as maintenance planner.

• - Responsible for productivity, planning ,maintenance, yield management in lines PET, Combibloc AND CSD
• - Member of technical team in installation 2 juice line of combibloc CFA124, 209(know how to operate , how to mainten and how to manage)
• - Have experience in utility ( installation) in sadat planet project.
