Start Date: 01/2024 - Present.

• Perform detailed inspections of concrete works including formwork, reinforcement, and pouring to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Review and approve technical submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs) for various project activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions, ensuring project quality remains on track.
• Maintain detailed records of all inspections, materials used, and any non-conformance reports (NCRs) to ensure full documentation compliance.
• Identify Non-conforming work or materials, notify construction, keep record & and follow up on corrective and preventive measures taken by Construction Dept.
• Carry out final inspection for TOC certification of completion, and handing over of works.
• Inspections/Monitoring of Off-Shore and On-Shore PHC Prestressed Spun Piles installation and Testing.
• Inspection of on-site and off-site materials to be used in project and organize field and Laboratory tests, conducted by Third Party, on construction materials to ascertain their compliance with specifications and determine their acceptability for use on project.
• Conduct regular (daily) site visits to supervise, and verify Execution of Civil /architectural works, ensuring compliance with Project specification.
• Raise Non-conformance Report (NCR)/Site Observation Report (SOR).
• Identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with Related Manager.
• Monitoring/Inspections of Offshore/Onshore Pre-cast Villas installation.
• Inspection of work done by construction team to ascertain that work is executed following Project specifications and accepted practice. Monitoring/Inspections of Pre-cast Concrete Elements in Pre-Cast Yard, e.g:

i) Reinforcement and formwork activities inspection.

ii) Concrete Placement and testing Inspection.

iii) Material Storage and Preservation.

iv) Quality Training Sessions with Construction Team.

• Performed variety of concrete tests, including compressive strength, slump tests, and air content to ensure structural integrity of concrete works.
• Coordinated with site engineering team to ensure proper placement, curing, and finishing of concrete.
• Inspection of Pre-Cast Elements/foundations/ Slabs /Swimming Pools installation etc. for Precast Villas.
• Inspection of Pre-Cast Elements U-Girders installation for BoardWalk Designed for access of Offshore Villas.
• Inspections for Dredging and Reclamation Activities.
• Led dredging quality control activities, ensuring precision of material excavation and placement for reclamation projects.
• Supervised testing of dredged materials and provided technical input regarding suitability of materials for use in marine reclamation.
• Ground Improvement Activities (Vibroflotation, Dynamic Compaction, Rapid Impact Compaction & Stone Columns Compaction) Monitoring and inspections.
• Inspections of ongoing Activities at site, Monitoring required tests, i) CPT, ii) SPT, iii) Borehole Tests (for Geotechnical investigation), iv) ZLT, v) PLT, vi) FDT, and recording tests made as per Contract specifications.
• Professional experience of Oracle Aconex system.
• Coordinate document controls of below documents with project team and ensure that QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments, and recall of controlled documents.

• Attending Meetings with Red-Sea Global Site Team and Related (Consultant) regarding Quality issues.
• Coordinate with Project Manager regarding work performance and hold authority to stop work in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected and/or cancel Stop Work Order upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.
• Provide Technical support to Project Manager and guidance to site staff in submission of Materials for approval (MTA/MIR), Requests for Inspections (WIR/RFI’s), Shop drawings, and As-built Drawings.
• Attend Weekly Project Review Meetings and/or QA/QC meetings and alert project team of any potential problems.
• Review corrective actions proposed by construction, respond/follow ups and closeout procedure.

• Organize, implement, Conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per the Company’s Quality Policy
