· Responsible as a Project Manager O&M to manage the overall administration of the O&M network as per business decided service level of agreement and KPI’s plan and managed annual OPEX budget and direct reporting to the regional field team, Vendors, and Contractors.

· Lead and oversaw the entire O&M Field Operation Activities related to corrective and preventive maintenance, Vendor and Contractor Management, Spare Part Management, expense, and budgets to ensure the department objectives are achieved and maintain the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

· Responsible for managing Kingdom Wide SALAM OSP Network along with 900 IP55 Co-location and Single-Door FDTs & 3000 Km Metro and Long-Distance network along with carrying multiple customer and Business Nodes

· Manages the team responsible for the maintenance and repair of the network, ensuring that it is operating efficiently and effectively, allocates resources, coordinates schedules, and resolves any issues that arise to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

· Prepare the Project plans and Schedule for required necessary activities in the project with the coordination of SALAM Operation Management

· Schedule and Conduct preliminary Acceptance Test for new RTS of Metro Expansion Route, Business and Customer Nodes as well as new FDTs with Professional FOC and Civil Technicians

· To administer fault and trouble tickets management (24/7), team mobilization, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance, to deal with vendor, contractors, Consultants, Auditors, Suppliers to resolve the SLA/KPI’s, invoicing and project delivery on time.

· To make sure that network “acceptance” is properly documented (PAT/PAC/FAC) (Tech, Commercial, Legal and Financial). Publish the validates method of procedure (MOP) for network Rehabilitation and Improvement.

· Scheduled and conducted Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, and Annually PMR activities and closely monitored with every Regional Coordinators for completion of activities as per planned schedule.

· To manage of Scope of Work for field team in accordance with ISO Standards, environmental, safety and heal guideline, Contractor for MNS.
