  • Lead and manage the Facilities Management functions while ensuring the planning and allocation of all resources, and the implementation of the appropriate standards and controls.
  • Provide cost management that include cost estimating for the tenders, budgeting and cost control activities for the project’s elements.
  • Recommend and oversee the budget for the projects and monitor the financial performance
  • Monitor service delivery performance and lead the evaluation of sites’ performance.
  • Monitor resource utilization to ensure that the right number and talent are available for operation.
  • Monitor the requests for materials coming from the sites and the preparation of Purchase Orders until delivery
  • Discuss “Side-Specific-Budgets” with customers; advise the customers on expenditures, opportunities for cost reductions, and the viability/feasibility of changing or buying assets.
  • Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews.
  • Attend all coordination meetings with the client and contractors to discuss the progress of the fit out works and collect the required documentation, carry out an overall inspection.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and information for all aspects of projects activities.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
  • Select adequate resources to achieve project objectives and requirements.
  • Conduct all subcontracts for medical and non-medical devices and systems
