My work includes

• Lead and manage the Facilities Management functions while ensuring the planning and allocation of all resources, and the implementation of the appropriate standards and controls.
• Provide cost management that include cost estimating for the tenders, budgeting and cost control activities for the project’s elements.
• Recommend and oversee the budget for the projects and monitor the financial performance
• Monitor service delivery performance and lead the evaluation of sites’ performance.
• Monitor resource utilization to ensure that the right number and talent are available for operation.
• Monitor the requests for materials coming from the sites and the preparation of Purchase Orders until delivery
• Discuss “Side-Specific-Budgets” with customers; advise the customers on expenditures, opportunities for cost reductions, and the viability/feasibility of changing or buying assets.
• Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews.
• Attend all coordination meetings with the client and contractors to discuss the progress of the fit out works and collect the required documentation, carry out an overall inspection.
• Provide expert technical guidance and information for all aspects of projects activities.
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Select adequate resources to achieve project objectives and requirements.
• Conduct all subcontracts for medical and non-medical devices and systems

• My work includes the tender study, make pricing for the project elements, prepare projects budget estimation, monitor and control the project operation and other projects management aspects from the initiation to closing

• Work as a project manager for Eskan El-Hogag project in Mina (makka)

• Project manager for ADHAM general hospital (100 Bed ).

• Work as a maintenance engineer for different communication devices
