Experienced Operations Supervisor with a diverse background in environmental management, construction waste recycling, and the oil & gas industry. Currently working at the Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), I lead site operations at a Construction & Demolition Waste (CDW) Recycling Facility, ensuring compliance with sustainability goals, optimizing resource recovery, and applying circular economy principles. Prior to my role at SIRC, I gained extensive operational experience across major refinery and petrochemical sites. My technical background includes operating and supervising units such as Hydrocracking (HCK), Hydrotreating, Crude Distillation, Vacuum Distillation, and Light Ends Processes. I have been actively involved in pre-commissioning, commissioning, initial startup, and turnaround operations, including: - Diesel Complex Turnaround (YASREF – 2020) – HCK Unit - Field coordination and observation during plant construction - Walkthroughs and design reviews with vendors, including solo runs for pumps and motors - Petrochemical operations at DS Department (ASU, SAPU, SWS, ARU) - Commissioning and startup of ASU at Farabi Petrochemical Plant (April 2023) Certified with the IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management, and holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saudi Electronic University, I combine hands-on technical operations expertise with a deep understanding of environmental compliance, ISO 14001 standards, and sustainability leadership.
