RESPONSABILTIES :-

• Manger Of Asphalt Groups In The Project
• Preparing All Project Permissions With Municipality Of Riyadh And Operation and Maintenance Section
• Conduct Site inspections, location survey and prepare preliminary designs and costing.
• Prepares structural computations, sign and approves plans and documents for building permits, clearance and occupancy applications.
• Evaluate billings as submitted by sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Check all safety and security measures installed / enforced in construction site and make sure that these are properly operating.
• Manage and supervise implementation of project. Conduct in-process inspection of construction works; check quality of works to satisfaction of owner. Monitors accomplishment as against project schedule and recommends construction methodologies and or alternative materials, which affects timely completion and delivery of services.
