Owner of Wireline field operations for South Saudi Arabia based in Udhailiyah. Led, motivated and provided strategic direction to a multifaceted team of 40 plus field engineers, specialists and operators accountable for average monthly revenue of up to 5-6 MUSD:

• Day to day client (Aramco Drilling) interaction at all levels and monthly reviews to achieve client satisfaction.
• Planned and executed very complex and advanced Wireline services.
• Assisted Account managers for their ROFO reviews in addition to IMF and MMF.
• Championed exceptional levels of customer service by reducing NPT and operational excellence.
• Oversaw all aspects of staff leadership and training management.

Started my career as wireline field engineer in Canada followed by Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Eventually, served as management focal point for Wireline logging operations in Udhailiyah Saudi Arabia.

• Utilize and enhance existing business systems and processes to ensure efficient resource management in terms of people and equipment to cover operations.
• Work as acting Field Service Manager (FSM) WL Operations for the base, exposed to managing operations when actual FSM is away.
• Six years field experience in multiple locations in Canada/Kuwait/Saudi in addition to RSO/LPT roles prepared me to transition into the management role.
