• Led the design and planning of major road infrastructure projects, ensuring full compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and applicable local and international regulations.
• Prepared professional geometric designs for roads, roundabouts, highways, intersections, and interchanges, obtaining design approvals from key authorities, including the Ministry of Transport (MOT), Riyadh Municipality, Aramco, and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC).
• Developed engineering solutions for high-risk (hot spot) intersections across Riyadh City, enhancing traffic efficiency and safety for pedestrians, vehicles, and BRT systems.
• Designed comprehensive road layouts, horizontal and vertical alignments, cross-sections, and drainage systems using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design software.
• Reviewed and analyzed existing interchange proposals, assessing lane configurations, ramp geometry, sight distance, and clearance requirements.
• Proposed and evaluated alternative interchange design concepts, focusing on improving traffic flow, safety, cost-effectiveness, and long-term performance.
• Conducted technical assessments considering capacity, construction feasibility, maintenance requirements, and right-of-way constraints.

• Supervised and followed up the execution of road projects, managing the technical design team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all design and shop drawings.
• Ensured all project phases-from conceptual design to construction-complied with contractual, budgetary, and timeline requirements.
• Monitored construction progress, providing ongoing technical support and resolving design or construction issues as they arose.
• Ensured that all road infrastructure components were completed according to approved specifications, standards, and design criteria.
• Developed geometric designs for roads, highways, intersections, roundabouts, and interchanges, securing design approvals from the Ministry of Transport (MOT), Riyadh Municipality, and the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC).
