• Executed comprehensive QA/QC activities for civil works including concrete works, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, blockwork, waterproofing systems, and non-structural concrete elements.
• Inspected formwork, reinforcement, embedded items, and concrete pouring activities, ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, ITPs, and project specifications.
• Executed QA/QC activities for high-end architectural finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, mock-ups, material submittals, and project specifications.
• Inspected and approved architectural finishes including marble, stone, tiles, wood works, decorative ceilings, gypsum partitions, wall cladding, paint systems, and special finishes.
• Reviewed and monitored finishing ITPs, WIRs, and material approvals, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinated with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve finishing-related NCRs and close snag lists efficiently.
• Led quality inspections for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) works, including procurement review, factory inspections, site installation, and final acceptance.
• Ensured compliance of custom-made and loose furniture with approved samples, specifications, dimensions, finishes, and workmanship standards.
• Managed inspection and approval of furniture layouts, fixing methods, protection works, and handover documentation.
• Played a key role in achieving high-quality handover standards for a prestigious royal project.

• In May-2014 I was traveled to India with the company for a period of 10 days to recruit workers where I met and tested and brought 250 block labors and 50 marble labors
