Duties & Responsibilities:

• Submissions of WIR & MIR for civil, structural & architectural activities & materials as per approved ITP.

• Preparing different quality reports and submitting to the QC Manager.
• Keeping record of all documents related to QA/QC.
• Attending walkthroughs and weekly meetings with construction team, sub-contractors & PMC team.
• Witnessing concrete pouring, trial mixes for concrete.
• Updating logs (WIR/MIR Log, Quality Tests log, NCR log).
• Updating WIR Tracker.
• Preparing Daily Progress Report. (DPR).
• Supervising and managing sub-contractors.
• Submitting pre qualifications and MAR (Materials approval request) to Consultant.
• Submitting RFI (Request for Information) for missing info related to project.

Client : Saudi Arabia National Guard (SANG)

Scope of Work : DAR Supervision & Representative of Client for 5000 Soldiers and Officer Villas, Sewerage Plant & Overhead Water Tank.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report to senior civil engineer and senior resident engineer.
• Assist the senior civil engineer in reviewing civil design drawings, shop drawings, co-ordination drawings, submittals & method of statements as per the local authority requirements and approval.
• Quality controlling of materials delivered to site as per the approved submittals and supplier.
• Carry out regular site visits.
• Inspect and supervise the works in accordance with spec/drawings and statutory regulations.
• Inspection of the work completed on site as per ITP.
• Maintain record of Inspection requests.
• Take photos of construction activities / progress and maintain a hard and soft copy of photographs.
• Check/ watch any unapproved / unauthorized works on site and notify.
• Issue site instruction Memo / NCR necessary for unacceptable work practice at site.
• Monitoring the project during execution for civil services with respect to MEP and ensures the proper execution.
• Record changes on site and Review as-built drawings / submissions.
• Review weekly & monthly progress reports.
• Review contractor’s payment claim as per the progress on site and BOQ.
• Knowledge of MEP works and other Building service.
• Effective monitoring of safety regulations and practice for the project.
