• Working with site Manager; overseeing, supervising, and coordinating with day-to-day activities in different departments.
• Ensure compliance of all work activities with PME, RC and other applicable regulations.

• Participated in commissioning activities-Hydrotest of storage tanks, Calibration, and startup of different equipment

• Environmental monitoring and mitigation of significant aspects (ground water,soil contamination .air emission)

• 2 x 25 TPD Caustic soda plants (UHDE Bipolar Electrolysers)
• 125 TPD Caustic soda plant (AGC) and 2 x 25 TPD Caustic soda plants (UHDE)control room DCS mode operations
• 100 TPD Caustic fusion plant (Bertram)
• 150 TPD HCL Synthesis plant,90 TPD Liquid chlorine plant,40 TPD sodium hypo chlorite plant, Nitrogen synthesis unit, Brine purification plant and DM Water unit.
• Plant startup and shutdown activities.
• Co-ordinate with instrument, mechanical and electrical maintenance crew for smooth running and maintenance of plant
• Keep close eye on preparation of equipment for maintenance, various reports of process variables, production data etc.
