1. OFFICE BUILDING: APPLYING THE FRAME SYSTEM
· The building consists of two floors with two sections on each floor, which means that there are four businesses in the building. The design of each section is characterized by transparency of work: open and shared offices, as well as the presence of communal leisure areas.
2. SPORT CENTER: APPLYING THE LONG SPAN SYSTEMS
· The facility features a football field, a swimming pools, and a service area on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a ski area that overlooks the events on the lower level. The sports areas are equipped with long-span systems, such as the steel joist at pools and space frame at the field.
3. HOTEL: HIGH RISE BUILDING
· The four-star hotel has been specifically designed so that all facades of the building are aesthetically pleasing and energy efficient. It is divided into a 15-story high-rise building and a complex with two restaurants, a cafe and a service area. Typical floors are room specific. The final level houses the fitness area, spa and swimming pool. Plus, a bar.
