• Ensure that the Station Supervisors and Station Agents are adequately trained in their function and a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement is delivered across the organization.
• Assist as Key Instructor for Training Department to deliver training courses if required.
• Assist Operation requirements in developing and reviewing documents such as Work Instructions or briefing records.
• Leading and facilitating station drills and tabletop exercises when required.
• Undertake competence (CMS) assessments in line with the CMS competence cycles and provide feedback to teams in relation to development areas.
• Following safe working procedures personally and wearing appropriate protective gears as required and looking out for the safety of others.
• Identify and evaluate situations that may affect safe railway operations and ensure Safety Critical Communication are conducted correctly.

As part of entering new field in my career life, I have started my career journey with Training Course for Station Supervisor for almost 3 months between theory and practical trainings.

After completing training, I have started implementing what I have learnt in my day-to-day work duties by checking station's equipment, station cleanliness and practicing with Station Staff.

During this period, I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills by supporting other departments and Lines.

Supported L4&6 as Station Agent, and as Train Ambassador.

I was issued with Certificate of Competency as Station Agent and Group Station Master.

I have completed all training courses as:

Group Station Master: Line 4,5&6.

Station Supervisor: Line 3,4,5&6

Station Agent: Line 4,5&6

Train Ambassador: Line 4,5&6

With a total number of training attended and completed: 141 issued internally from FLOW Training and Competence Management.

This was temporary position since I was newly graduated from university:

• Managing and coordinating with stakeholder and suppliers.
• Maintain environmental risks associated to guarantee labors safety.
• Participating in the interior designing and the artwork in the store.
• Contract was to design & construct ALHILAL Store in Riyadh, ALITTIHAD and ALAHLI Stores in Jeddah.

This Job was to start up PR section in our Family Business.
