• Collaborated with Clint, Consultants, contractors, architects, engineers and Other Stakeholders to complete projects within timeline limitations and budget constraints.

My Role in Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) as Sr. Civil Engineer in Makkah Haram Projects - Mega Project with Multi Billions Budget - as below :

Project Engineer : ( 4/2019 - 10/2021)

• Managed construction contracts for capital projects to outline objectives, stakeholder responsibilities and modification procedures.
• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and
  specifications.
• Checked technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards.
• Ordered and tracked delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors.
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
• Improved communication among stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.

Sr. Civil Engineer in Engineering Department : ( 10/2021 - 8/2023)

• Conferred with engineering staff, Designer and other personnel to identify and resolve problems with design or implementation.
• Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline.
• Supervise and Mentor Junior Engineers, Schedule assignments and hold weekly meetings to track and resolve design, material submittals, and site issues to meet
  project deadlines.
• Collaborated with Supervision Consultant/ Subcontractors to gather requirements, provide project updates and develop successful resolutions to diverse problems.
• Prepare with Designer/Subcontractors all related Testing and Handover Documents including Drawings, Reports, Engineering Calculations, Testing, and Maintenance
  Manuals approved by Civil Defense Department.
• Attend Workshops and meetings Consultants to resolve all issues related to project.
