• Conduct comprehensive inspections of civil works in strict accordance with ARAMCO Standards, SAES, SAEP, SAMSS, IFC drawings, project specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Perform rigorous material verification for concrete, rebar, cement, aggregates, formwork, waterproofing, and grout prior to site utilization.
• Review and enforce compliance with applicable ITPs, QCPs, Method Statements, and specific project quality requirements.
• Execute meticulous inspections across multiple construction phases, including excavation, backfilling, compaction, blinding, formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, curing, and finishing works.
• Monitor concrete batching, delivery processes, slump tests, temperature, and air content to guarantee concrete placement adheres to Aramco standards and approved methodologies.
• Inspect civil structural works encompassing foundations, trenches, pipe racks, manholes, roads, and buildings.
• Verify rebar sizing, spacing, lap length, cover, and supports, ensuring absolute compliance with ACI/ASTM/ARAMCO standards.
• Assess formwork stability, alignment, and dimensional accuracy to meet engineering specifications.
• Validate that all construction activities align with the latest IFC drawings and proactively raise Technical Queries (TQs) upon identifying discrepancies.
• Prepare and process Requests for Inspection (RFIs) via Aramco systems, actively coordinating with the Client/PID for prompt inspection approvals.
• Review and close NCRs/SORs/CARs, verifying that corrective actions are effectively implemented following root cause analyses.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate QA/QC documentation, including detailed inspection reports.
• Monitor sub-contractor activities to enforce full HSE and Quality compliance throughout all construction operations.

• Oversaw QA/QC civil inspections and compliance tracking across critical project facilities, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications.
• Managed quality operations and verifications for key infrastructures including the GIS Building, Degassing Building, HV MV Transformer, LV MV Transformer, Influent Pumping Station, Influent Tank, Thickener and Centrifugal pump foundation.
