Establishes and coordinates all radio communications with supply boat and Helicopters.
Communication during Emergency drills and real emergencies with onboard ERT, verifying lifeboat muster, and reporting to shore Emergency Response Team.
Routine checking on SART, EPIRB, and emergency radio and make sure GMDSS equipment emergency standby batteries are in good order.
Coordinate with Supply vessel & Helicopter Logistics. :- Coordinate Boats to transfer material from the well site to the Tool House or other drilling Rigs and flight seat booking (Chopper-Booking & Fix-Wing) as required.
Onboard Personnel coordinator for Expat, KSA and 3rd party crew (Prepare crew schedule, Handling Crew Change, and transportation arrangements. Also Follow up with shore facilities for crew visa renewal and ERV)
Prepare Expense Claims and Payroll for rig crew and third party.
Work closely with the Drilling Foreman, Materials Man and Tool House Advisors to ensure the orderly transfer of material & services to and from the well site.
Prepare Daily Diesel Oil, Barite, Bentonite, Cement, Pot water and Drill Water consumption report and ROB report.
Prepare Backload Manifest for Supply Vessel.
Prepare End-of-month documents
Arrange Coast Guard letter & Temp-pass request as required.
Rig certificate (COC) filing, and support inspection.
