Identify folders that can be disposed by checking the date of birth, gender, first and last date of patient visit at the facility.
List the folder details on a disposal list for each folder, ensure the folders are neatly placed in disposal bags.
Merge duplicate folders.
Capture the disposal list using the folder numbers recorded, check patient information and merge duplicate folders on the system.
Ensure data captured on clinicom is regularly saved.
Ensure that the correct details for the correct patient are captured.
Compiling a weekly report on work done such as the total number of folders disposed, and folders archived to keep record of progress.
