• Develop punch list of incomplete work.
• Carry out quality control activities including inspection Examination and testing to verify and ensure that construction operation is in compliance with project specification.
• Responsible for Package review and Hydro test.
• Carry out Air blowing and flushing inspection of piping system before starting the hydrostatic testing.
• Ensuring all instruments using for measurement and calibrated.
• Responsible for bolt torturing, bolt tensioning, hydro test, layup, reinstatement.
• Make the trackers for hydro test, layup bolt torturing, restatements and keep the trackers.
• After completion of Pressure testing carry out lay Up (Dry Layup and Ambient Lay Up) Inspection to release the system for commissioning.
• Attending weekly logbook entry and NCR meeting with client and field engineering.

• Stage wise inspection of Heat Recovery steam generators combined cycle power plant per ITP.
• Inspection of HRSG i.e. Plates, Pipes & Piping components. Fasteners, Flanges, Pipe fittings, Strainers, Demister pads.
• Inspection of main stack and bypass stack and its Special parts i.e. Filter Silencer.
• Inspection of all kinds of raw materials at manufacturer's shop or supplier's warehouse.
• Equipment receiving, storage and preservation, pre-installation, elevation/alignment, internal installation and tray leak testing, flange joint-gasket verification and bolt tightening and vessel closure inspection as per ITP, Inspection checklist, Material System Specification, Engineering Standard and Process Industry Practices.
• Expedite erection, alignment, and grouting, testing, and pre-commissioning activities of mechanical equipment's.
• Updating equipment daily installation/alignment status and preparing daily progress report for weekly and monthly progress meeting.
• Installation & Inspection for Static Equipment include Padding. Elevation, Position, Orientation Levelness, during erection and welding of Piping, Pipe Strain, Motor I Turbine solo run, Final shaft alignment, Prep. of Graph, P&ID Verification, Lube oil Flushing Inspection, Mechanical Running test Completion of inspection records etc.
