  • Supervising construction contractors’ progress and compliance to company standards and specifications with insurance that safety procedures, quality requirement and project schedule are implemented to the satisfaction of Saudi Aramco.
  • Review daily/weekly reports and Provide support to site construction team.
  • Closely coordinating with Quality team and ensure RFIs are communicated and closed to satisfaction of Quality Requirements.
  • Follow up with vendors to submit the NMRs (601, 602 & 603) and SPDP submittals and coordinate with the reviewers until approval.
  • In coordination with vendors, confirm the Testing, preservation, storage and handling requirement for each equipment; accordingly issue relative procedure (in coordination with GES+); and insure the procedure implementation after materials receipt.
  • Handle the Project Close Out process, facilitate the punch Exception items closure and obtained the approval of Mechanical Completion Certificate.

2-Assigned under the Project Execution Unit as the Project Engineer for BI-10-01245 “Upgrade Fire Water System at Juaymah Tank Farm”

  • Manage Execution Contractor of the assigned project.
  • Coordinate With proponent to obtain the approval of method statements, job safety analyses (JSAs), work permits for each work activity on timely manner.
  • Report an up to date construction progress, areas of delays, and highlight major concerns to upper management.

3-Assigned under the Project Execution Unit as the Project Engineer for BI-10-00844 “Replace Halon Systems EW Pipeline Pump Stations”

  • Initiate project kick of Meeting with Stakeholders and Contractor of the assigned project.
  • Manage Stakeholders and GES+ Contractor of the assigned project.
  • Started review Project scope of work and DBSP.
  • Coordinate for the required site survey visits for data collection.
  • Review the submitted design package and ensure its compliance with the quality scoring requirement.

4-Assigned under the Project Execution Unit as the Project Engineer for BI-10-01194 “Replace Pipelines Scraper Trap Valves – Kingdom Wide”

  • Coordinate with all concerned organizations in order to obtain the required shutdown window to replace the valves.
