• Conduct & Manage the IH studies chemicals exposure monitoring program.
• Air Sampling Baseline (identify the SEG, conduct sample of, Dust, NaOH, welding fume, silica)
• Identify all airborne hazards that employees may potentially be exposed to shall be identified for each SEG and initial exposure profiles developed.
• Conduct the Respiratory fit test.
• Select the PPE basis of exposure monitoring results.
• Noise Control and Hearing Protection (Conduct Noise surveys, Noise dosimetry, producing reports.
• Determine the exposure to noise of all employees likely to be exposed to excessive noise and classify SEG noise exposure levels.

• Conduct the Hearing fit test and assist in the selection of appropriate Hearing Protection Devices (HPD).
• Heat stress program, identify potential radiant heat sources in the workplace by using the WBGT and Heat index.

During the construction project phase:

• Developing and Implementing HSE policy and programs with key focus on sustainability.

During construction projects phase:

• Provide expert guidance to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Conduct contractor compliance audits, regular rig and site inspections, and participate in various safety meetings.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop controls for workplace hazards, and oversee the implementation of safety measures.
• Perform safety inspections and hazard analyses, generating reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze safety data and review corporate safety requirements, suggesting enhancements to eliminate workplace incidents.

• During construction projects phase
• Conducted hazard identification, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety practices and protective equipment.
• Contribute to HSE meetings across departments, supervise Route Hazard Assessments, and maintain HSE databases, including training and records.
• Manage HSE documentation, conduct new employee inductions, monitor compliance with mandatory HSE training, and support emergency response plans.
• Manage safety protocols for welding, cutting, pressure testing, and confined space entry, and conduct periodic inspections of hand, power, and lifting tools.
• Oversee compliance Road Transport guidelines, manage incident reporting and investigations, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
